What is Sigma School?
Hello, and welcome! Let's talk about who we are and what we do.
Sigma School is an online coding school for that provides beginners and junior developers a low-risk, low-cost alternative path to awesome tech jobs.
At Sigma School, students learn using a unique approach — by pair programming and collaborating with other students in real-time, just as you would if you were part of a distributed team in a real company.
Our innovative approach to learning not only provides students with an accountability partner and global support network, but also helps students learn remote workflows and acquire the collaboration and communication skills necessary to join a global company.
Throughout the program, students learn JavaScript, Vuejs, Express.js, MySQL, Flutter and Computer Science fundamentals, all through collaborating and working on real projects with other students.
However, our role does not stop there. Once our students are done with the technical curriculum, we help them improve their portfolio, resume, and online presence, as well as, prepare for job interviews. Then we help them find and apply to competitive jobs around the world and negotiate job offers.
However, our responsibility does not end there. Once our students have completed the technical programme, we assist them with enhancing their online presence, portfolio, and CV as well as helping them get ready for job interviews. Then, we assist them in hunting and applying for highly competitive positions all around the world as well as negotiating employment offers.
